Salt Mining Village - Bali Safari Park

Kusamba Salt Mining Village
First stop Kusamba Salt Mining Village, this village also famous with fishing village located between Bali Safari Park and Bat Cave Temple. The beach has volcanic black sand. There are about 20 - 30 group of local people still do salt mining in this area with traditional way. Salt farmers live together in modest huts on the beach and they are very friendly invite you to see theirs salt.. This could be the last generation of salt farmers on Bali as they said getting less people would like to do this job

Bat Cave Temple (Goa Lawah)
Second stop at Bat Cave Temple (Goa Lawah), this temple located in Pesinggahan Village - Klungkung Regency. The temple was built in 11th Century by the great priest of Mpu Kuturan, the temple complex which is inhabited by hundreds (perhaps thousands) of small fruit bats and the temple located in front of black sand beach. The temple dedicated to the god of Maheswara (the god of south east direction and the god of the ocean). This temple will be very busy during cremation ceremony period between June till September as use for Nyegara Gunung Ceremony

Bali Safari Marine Park
Third stop Bali Safari Marine Park Home to hundreds amazing animals representing more than 50 species, including some of rare and endangered species. Combining Balinese cultural ambience with African Savannah, Bali Safari and Marine Park featuresthe following exhibits featuring Sumatran elephant, Sumatran tiger, white tiger, leopard, komodo dragon and cheetah are just some of the fascinating creatures that can be seen at the Bali Safari and Marine Park. Will take about 3 - 4 hours to cover all the park
